At Vibe Armor, we want you to feel confident and protected in your purchase. Each piece is made-to-order with intention and care, crafted specifically for you to minimize waste and honor our planet.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you're not completely satisfied with your order.

Eligible Returns We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Because each piece is custom-printed on-demand for you, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover the cost of custom production.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [your email] with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items Items purchased with discount codes over 20% off may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
